Hotel Metropol

The Hotel Metropol St. Gallen is a 3-star boutique city hotel right next to the railway station in the pedestrian zone. As the only Romantik Hotel in St. Gallen, it is considered a landmark of the city. Its central location makes it ideal for business travellers and holidaymakers, who can easily reach many sights and companies. The hotel has cosy rooms and a popular restaurant. The bistro and beer garden offer opportunities to take part in local life. The hotel was demolished after the Second World War and rebuilt under the name Hotel Metropol, becoming the first cubic-modern building in St. Gallen. The clean lines of the building harmonise well with the playful surroundings of the station area, even after the redesign of the station square in 2018.

Thanks to the unique design of the Hotel Metropole in Interlaken, all rooms have a wonderful view, 84 of the 96 rooms even have an exclusive view of the Jungfrau!
